Amy Ludwig (Writer/Director) – Amy has worked as a director in both Chicago and New York for such theatres as Steppenwolf, Victory Gardens, and the 78th St. Theatre Lab, developing new plays by Sarah Ruhl, Elizabeth Wong, Hurt McDermott, and Rebecca Gilman, among others.  She directed and wrote the stage adaptation of Sandra Cisneros’ novel THE HOUSE ON MANGO STREET, which won the 2005 LA Weekly Award for Best Adaptation and has been produced in over 20 theatres nationwide.  The founder and director of the Chicago site-specific theatre company Blue Star, Amy also performed with    Strawdog, Theatre Oobleck, and Victory Gardens.  She has written numerous screenplays, plays, commercials, industrial videos, and even T-shirts.  She wrote and produced the TV series “Cruising the Great Lakes” for the Outdoor Life Channel, and taught Writing for Television at Columbia College Chicago.  A graduate of Yale University, Amy also studied at the prestigious Warner Brothers Comedy Writing Workshop, Trinity Rep Conservatory, and Northwestern University. She currently lives and works in Los Angeles. “Hollywood Forever” is her first film.

Lindsay Jones (Music)  is a composer and sound designer for film, TV and theatre. Off-Broadway: THROUGH THE NIGHT (Union Square/Westside Theatres), THE
BROTHER/SISTER PLAYS (Public Theater), THE BURNT PART BOYS (Playwrights
Horizons), TOP SECRET (NYTW) and many others. Regional: McCarter, Arena
Stage, Goodman, Steppenwolf, Hartford Stage, Guthrie, Chicago Shakespeare,
Steppenwolf, South Coast Repertory, Centerstage, ACT, Seattle Repertory,
Utah Shakespearean Festival, Northlight, Milwaukee Repertory, Geva and many
others. International: productions in Austria, Zimbabwe, South Africa,
Canada, Scotland and with the Royal Shakespeare Company in England. Awards:
five Joseph Jefferson Awards & 15 nominations, two Ovation Awards & three
nominations, LA and SD Drama Critics Circle Awards, award nominations for
Drama Desk, Henry Hewes Design, AUDELCO, and Barrymore Awards. Lindsay was
also the first sound designer to win the Michael Maggio Emerging Designer
Award. Recent TV/Film scoring work: “Mama, I Want To Sing” for 20th Century
Fox, “Family Practice” for Sony Pictures/Lifetime Television, and “A Note of
Triumph” (2006 Academy Award winner, Best Documentary, Short Subject) for

Susan Harper (Producer) – Prior to producing “Hollywood Forever,” Susan Harper worked as the production coordinator on the independent feature “Death Valley: The Revenge of Bloody Bill.”  She is currently producing Direct Response shows while looking for her next indie project.
